A. H. Belo means A. H. Belo Corporation, a Delaware corporation. The term A. H. Belo subsidiary means (i) any corporation of which at least 80% of the total combined voting power of all outstanding shares of stock is owned directly or indirectly by A. H. Belo; (ii) any partnership of which at least 80% of the profits interest or capital interest is owned directly or indirectly by A. H.   • IR means Indian Railways.

  • Historically black college or university means an institution determined by the Secretary of Education to meet the requirements of 34 CFR 608.2.

  • Investment Plan means the document in terms of which the special purpose vehicle will invest in unlisted investments and all matters incidental thereto;
