Resolving Employment Problems If the employee thinks they have an employment problem then they should talk to their manager about it. If the employee wants support or advocacy assistance in doing this, they should contact the NZEI or other representative. At any stage of the process the employee has an absolute right to representation. Related to A Dispute

  • Formal Dispute means a written objection by an Interested Party to any of the following:
