Examples of A-7 Certificates in a sentence

  • Any such reduction shall be allocated among the Senior Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates) based on the Class Certificate Balances immediately prior to such Distribution Date or, in the case of the Class A-5 and Class A-7 Certificates, the respective Initial Class Certificate Balances, if lower.

  • On each Distribution Date, each Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interest shall receive distributions in respect of interest (or in the case of the Class A-L1 Interest, with respect to the Class A-5 and Class A-7 Certificates, shall have such amounts added to their principal balance) in an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amounts in respect of its Corresponding Upper-Tier Class or Classes, in each case to the extent actually distributed thereon.

  • Excess Losses allocated to the Senior Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates) will be allocated among such Classes pro rata on the basis of their respective Class Certificate Balances or, in the case of the Class A-5 and Class A-7 Certificates, the respective Initial Class Certificate Balances, if lower.
