A-1 Notes means, collectively, Note A-1(A-CP), Note A-1(A-NCP) and Note A-1(B-CP).
A-1 Notes means the Notes issued and sold on the Closing Date.

Examples of A-1 Notes in a sentence

  • For purposes of the preceding sentence, the A-1 Notes, A-2 Notes, A-3 Notes and the A-4 Notes shall each be deemed to be a separate Class of Notes.
