/4 Indenture definition

/4 Indenture means the indenture dated as of June 1, 1997, among Globalstar, Globalstar Capital and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, pursuant to which the 11 1/4 Notes were issued.
/4 Indenture means the indenture dated August 5, 2003 among WCI Communities Inc., the guarantors party thereto and The Bank of New York, as trustee.
