The parties to this Agreement are Program Member and (i) where the Program Member is applying within the United States or Canada, Malwarebytes, Inc., or (ii) where the Program Member is applying outside of the United States or Canada, Malwarebytes Limited (each referred to herein as "Malwarebytes"). The effective date of this Agreement shall commence upon Program Member's acceptance of this Agreement and completion of the Techbench Program registration process. Upon Malwarebytes's acceptance of Program Member's registration, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Program Member will be appointed a nonexclusive marketer and reseller of Malwarebytes Products, in the Territory specified by Malwarebytes.
