Guarantee: The Buyer has 3 business days, from the time of receiving the puppy, to have it evaluated by a licensed veterinarian. If the veterinarian diagnoses any disease or physical defect outside normal puppy growth stages, the diagnosis must be in writing and LauderDoodles must be notified by email within 3 calendar days of the exam We, LauderDoodles, will refund the purchase price of the puppy if the puppy is returned (we will pick the puppy up at our expense) or pay for the treatment (based on what our current veterinarian/vet clinic would charge for the treatment and/or medications). The Buyer must request return or reimbursement within 3 calendar days of the exam and the request must be via email. Exceptions to reimbursement for treatment are treatments/medications outside of those recommended and common for our current veterinarian/vet clinic.
