This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you, ArbiterPay and the Bank. This Agreement governs your use of the ArbiterPay Services, your Account and the Website, whether you access the ArbiterPay Services through a computer, an app on a mobile device, or any other means of access. You must read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to use the ArbiterPay Services, your Account and the Website.
