This Uniform Subcontractor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is agreed to this 6th of March 2017, by Sabal Homes LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, with an address of 421 Wando Park Blvd, Suite 230, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, 29464 (“Sabal Homes”) and Pinnacle Construction & Directional Boring, Inc, a South Carolina S Corporation (the “Subcontractor”), this Agreement to be the standard terms and conditions incorporated by reference in each Schedule A subcontract agreement entered into by a subsidiary of Sabal Homes (defined below as a “General Contractor”) and Subcontractor.
