It is the responsibility of the requesting entity to schedule for use of the tent through Thomas County Health Department. You may schedule through either Kendra Glassman or Emily Strange by calling (785) 460-4596 or by e-mail kglassman@thomascohealth.com or estrange@thomascohealth.com . Scheduling will be on a first come first serve basis. Customer agrees to have the installation area cleared before the installation date and the contents of the tent removed before the removal date. Customer assumes the liability for and agrees to pay for all damages to the equipment rented, or replacement cost in case of theft, while it’s in the customer’s possession. Reasonable wear and tear and acts normally attributed to nature are covered under Marianne’s Rentals for Special Events’ insurance. Customer understands that tents are temporary structures and could possibly collapse during conditions of severe wind, rain, snow, etc. Except for harm or damage arising out of its own negligence, Marianne’s Rentals for Special Events will not assume liability for harm to persons or damages caused to any of contents of the tent or surrounding property while it is in the customer’s possession.
