This First Amended and Restated Sublicense (the “Amended Sublicense”) is made as of the 3rd day of April, 2009, by and among Parlux Fragrances, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal offices at 5900 North Andrews Avenue, Suite 500, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309 (“Sub-Licensee”), and Iconic Fragrances, LLC, now known as Artistic Brands Development, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal offices at 1800 N.W. 84th Avenue, Suite 100, Miami, FL 33126 (“Sub-Licensor”).

This Sublicense Agreement (this “Sublicense”) is made effective as of [ ], 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between DoubleLine Alternatives LP, a limited partnership formed under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 505 N. Brand Boulevard, Suite 860, Glendale, CA 91203 (“DLA”); and DoubleLine Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust, on behalf of its series, DoubleLine Colony Real Estate and Income Fund (“Sublicensee”), having its principal place of business at 333 South Grand Avenue, 18th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90071. DLA and Sublicensee are the Parties to this Sublicense and each is a Party.

This Consent to Sublicense, hereinafter the “Consent”, is made and entered into effective December 6, 2022 hereinafter the “Effective Date”, by and between the City of Douglas, an Arizona municipality, hereinafter the “Licensor”, Helping Ourselves Pursue Enrichment Inc. DBA - "HOPE Inc.", and Arizona non-profit corporation, hereinafter the “Licensee”, and the Humane Society of Southern Arizona DBA- "HSSA", an Arizona non-profit corporation, hereinafter the “Sublicensee”. Licensor, Licensee and Sublicensee are collectively the “Parties”.
