These Sponsorship Terms and Conditions supplement and form part of your Sponsorship Agreement with Life Time (together referred to as the “Agreement”). “We”, “our”, and “Life Time” means Life Time, Inc., and/ or our subsidiaries and affiliates identified in the Sponsorship Agreement; “Sponsor”, “you” and “your” means the Sponsor identified in the Sponsorship Agreement. All capitalized terms not defined herein are as defined in the Sponsorship Agreement. If these Sponsorship Terms and Conditions conflict with the terms of the Sponsorship Agreement, the Sponsorship Agreement shall control.

These Event Sponsorship Terms and Conditions (together with the Sponsorship Order (as hereinafter defined), the "Agreement"), is by and between Specialty Food Association, Inc. ("Organizer"), and the Person (as defined below) set forth on the Sponsorship Order ("Sponsor"). As used herein, "Sponsorship Order" shall mean that certain sponsorship order in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A submitted to Organizer and executed by Sponsor pursuant to which Sponsor shall sponsor the Event (as hereinafter defined).

These Sponsorship Terms and Conditions govern your sponsorship arrangement with Life Time, Inc. “We”, “our”, and “Life Time” mean Life Time, Inc. and our affiliates; “you” and “your” mean the Sponsor identified in the Sponsorship Agreement (the “Agreement”). The Agreement identifies the sponsorship benefits, the quantities, charges, and other details of your order. The Agreement also refers to documents which may apply to the products or professional services you selected. The Agreement, any applicable referenced documents and these Sponsorship Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement and supersede any prior discussions or representations regarding your order. If the terms of the Agreement are different from these Sponsorship Terms and Conditions, the Agreement will have priority. Other terms and conditions you incorporate into a purchase order or similar document do not apply.

By signing the Andover Girls High School Hockey Booster Club (“Club”) Sponsorship Agreement (“Agreement”), Sponsor agrees to the following Sponsorship Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into the Agreement by reference, as if fully set forth therein.
