This Solar Benefits Agreement assures the Homeowner the following benefits: 1. No money down at closing. No maintenance costs.2. Lease Payment of $48.00/month (plus any applicable taxes) for 20 years - never increases.3. This Agreement will easily transfer at resale of the Home and is not subject to approval of the buyer's credit.4. A Savings Tracker that provides you will not pay more for your energy bill to your Local Electric Utility and your Lease Payment, combined, than you would have otherwise paid for your energy bill to your Local Electric Utility if you had not leased the PV System. This Solar Benefits Agreement informs Homeowner of the steps required to receive the solar benefits: 1. Pay monthly bill from SunStreet.2. Provide an internet connection.3. Cooperate with SunStreet and the local utility to achieve interconnection of the PV System.4. Schedule a 60 minute in-home activation appointment.5. Grant access to the PV System to SunStreet and its designees during the Term of
