These Service Specific Service Terms together with the Service Agreement and General Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), apply to the provision to you, the Customer, by us, Wave 9 Managed Services Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with Company Number 0755965 whose registered office is at 1B Hargreaves Court, Staffordshire Business Park, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST18 0WN (“Wave 9’) of Broadband Services (“the Services”).
