THIS SENIOR EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT PLAN TERMINATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of December 31, 2003, by and between CORRECTIONAL PROPERTIES TRUST, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), and CHARLES R.
