This Secur-Line Products License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated effective as of October 1, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), by and between, Proginet Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Proginet”), and Beta Systems Software of North America, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Beta”).
