This Bilateral Modification is entered into between the United States of America, hereinafter called the Government, represented by The United States Air Force (USAF) and Joby Aero, Inc., hereinafter called the Performer, pursuant to Article III (B) of Agreement FA8614-22-9-003 and United States Federal law.
