This Remarketing Agent Agreement (the “Remarketing Agreement”) is made and entered into by the undersigned BOSTROM SEATING, INC., THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF PIEDMONT, and MERCHANT CAPITAL, LLC., as of March 1, 1999.
