Real Estate Loan Agreement This Real Estate Loan Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of June 23, 2010, is between Bank of America, N. A. (the “Bank”) and MCA Enterprises Brandon Inc (the “Borrower”). 1. THE LOAN 1.1 Loan Amount. The Bank agrees to provide a term loan to the Borrower in the amount of One Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,150,000.00) (the “Loan”).
