This agreement is made on date stated below between (1) Radway Village Hall (the “Trustees”) and (2) the hirer named below (the “Hirer”) whereby in consideration payment of the sum specified in section (3) (the “Hiring Fee”) the Trustees agree to permit the Hirer to use Radway Village Hall (the “Hall”) for the purpose stated in section (4a) (the “Permitted Use”) on the date(s) and at the time(s) stated in section (5) (the “Hire Period”)
