This Agreement shall regulate the rates of pay and define the conditions of employment of employees of SKILLED Group Ltd, who are engaged by Skilled Group Ltd in the state of Tasmania to perform maintenance and related activities under the direction of Taylor Brothers Slipway and Engineering Pty Ltd on the oil rig ‘Ocean Patriot’ in Portland Victoria. This Agreement shall not apply to apprentices.
