This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 11th day of MAY in the year 2021, between the RANCHO SANTIAGO COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as (“DISTRICT”), and MARX|OKUBO ASSOCIATES, INC., hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT”.
