This PLATFORM LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 17, 2012 (the “License Effective Date”), between Inflection LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (the “Licensor”), and Ancestry.com Operations, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Licensee,” and together with the Licensor, the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
