This Addendum is attached to and made a part of that certain Operating Lease Agreement dated __________200__ entered into by Owner/Lessor and Lessee (the “ Operating Lease”), and amends and/or supplements the Operating Lease. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Addendum and the Operating Lease, the terms of this Addendum shall govern and control.
