THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED NON-EXCLUSIVE SUB-DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 21ST of May, 2020, and is effective as of the 3RD day of April, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between KAIVAL BRANDS INNOVATIONS GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Distributor”), and FAVS BUSINESS, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Sub-Distributor”).
