Hacienda Ave., Suite 120, Las Vegas, NV 89118. (“7Base”), and TapoutT, LLC., a California limited liability company, having its principal place of business at 21800 Barton Rd., Suite 108, Grand Terrace, CA 92313 (“Tapout”).
