This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) supplements and forms an integral part of the Lightkey for Business Terms of Services available at https://www.lightkey.io/l4b-terms-of-service as updated from time to time (the “Agreement”) between the Licensee (the “Controller”) and Lightkey Sources Ltd. (“Processor”) when the GDPR applies to Licensee’s use of the AWS Services to process Controller Data Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.
