This First Amendment to Lease and Access Agreement (El Dorado) (this “Amendment”) is executed as of January 8, 2013 to be effective as of August 15, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), between FRONTIER EL DORADO REFINING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lessor”), and EL DORADO LOGISTICS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lessee”), for the purpose of amending that certain Lease and Access Agreement (El Dorado) between Lessor and Lessee dated effective as of November 1, 2011 (the “Lease”).
