THIS UNIT AWARD AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) by and between Korn Ferry, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the Participant named below evidences the Unit Award granted by the Company to the Participant under the Korn Ferry Long Term Performance Unit Plan (the “Plan”).
