All members of staff and Academy Council members are required to follow all the conditions laid down in this document. Any breach of these conditions may lead to withdrawal of the user’s access to School computing facilities and the network and in some extreme instances of misuse could lead to criminal prosecution. In the case of employees, any breach may also be considered a breach of the employee’s conditions of service, which could lead to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
