This Interconnection Construction Agreement is made and entered into by and between Eastern Illini Electric Cooperative, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as, “Cooperative”), an Illinois not-for-profit corporation and , (hereinafter alternatively referred to as, “Member/Owner”), a Member/Owner of the Cooperative currently receiving electric service from Cooperative, each of which may hereinafter also be referred to individually as “Party” or both referred to collectively as the “Parties”. In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
