Interagency Firefighting Crew Agreement • July 29th, 2020 • Oregon

(the “Contractor”) and the State of Oregon acting by and through the Oregon Department of Forestry (“ODF” or the “Administering Agency”) for and on behalf of the parties to the Master Cooperative Wildland Fire Management and Stafford Act Response Agreement (the “Master Agreement”), Washington Department of Natural Resources, Washington State Fire Marshal, and Oregon State Fire Marshal, that are included within the definition of Government in Exhibit A to this Agreement. Defined terms used in the Agreement are shown in Bold and are defined in Exhibit A. When referring to a specific Section in an Exhibit, the reference will refer to the Exhibit and then the Section.
