This Information Processing Systems Agreement hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "contract" is made by and between the State of Connecticut, acting by its Department of Information Technology/Contracts & Purchasing Division, hereinafter referred to as the "State," located at 101 East River Drive East Hartford, CT 06108, and MAXIMUS, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier” or "contractor," having its principal place of business at 11419 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA 20190-5207.
