Licensor’s Software License Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a material part hereof by this reference. This document, including Exhibit A: Micro Focus Government Solutions Pass-Through Terms, Exhibit B: Micro Focus Business Support Agreement and Exhibit C: Micro Focus Non-Production Licensing Guide constitutes the Agreement between the Micro Focus Government Solutions LLC (Licensor) and the DOD. The terms and conditions set out below in these Software License Requirements, supplement, to the extent a conflict exists, supersede, and take precedence over the terms and conditions of Exhibits A, B and
