The terms of this agreement are made as on 03/01/2022 from Website (“Effective Date”) by and between Zaslinks through its authorized representatives an Higher Education Consultant/ Agent in India having its registered office at 553, AS Tower, 6th floor, Chittagong, Bangladesh (the "first party") and M/S Global Reach (Australia) Pty Ltd through its Director, a registered company in Australia, having its registered office at 93 Wigram St, Harris Park NSW 2150, Australia (the "Second Party"), together referred herein as "Parties".
