THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED ENDORSEMENT SPLIT DOLLAR LIFE INSURANCE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 27th day of February, 2020, by and between Origin Bank (“Bank”), a bank located in Choudrant, Louisiana and Drake D. Mills (“Executive”).
