This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between e-Water Innovation Pty Limited (ACN 133 551 283) of Room B12, Building 22, The University of Canberra, Canberra, Australian Capital Territory 2601, Australia (e-Water) (Licensor) and the person or entity (End User) who purchased e-Water’s Water Quality Analyser software (the Software). Each person who uses the Software under the authority or control of the End User and who accepts or is deemed to accept the terms and conditions of this EULA is referred to as a User.
