DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT AGREEMENT made this 1st day of August, 1993 between THE GROWTH FUND OF WASHINGTON, INC. a Maryland corporation (the "Fund"), and Vista Broker-Dealer Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Distributor").
