This Coordinated Functional Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the California Independent System Operator Corporation, a California non-profit public benefit corporation (“ISO”) and Lone Star Transmission, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in Austin, Texas (the “Transmission Entity” or “TE”). In this Agreement, the ISO and TE are jointly referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
