This CONVERTIBLE NOTE AMENDMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of April 17, 2023, by and between Envoy Medical Corporation, a Minnesota corporation (the “Company”) and the Person listed on the signature page hereto under the heading “Note Holder” (the “Note Holder”).
