This Commercial Agreement is subject to the terms of the Master Partnerships Terms and Conditions by and between TripAdvisor and Partner dated January 26, 2022 (the “Master Terms”). All terms not defined herein shall have the meanings given in the Master Terms. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Commercial Agreement and the Master Terms, the Commercial Agreement shall control. References to the “Agreement” mean the Master Terms together with this Commercial Agreement.
