(“Hydro One”) has agreed to (insert project description) (the “Project”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement dated (insert date) (the “Agreement”) and the attached Standard Terms and Conditions for Low Risk Transmission Customer Connection Projects V3 09 -2007 (the “Standard Terms and Conditions” or “T&C”). Schedules "A" and "B” attached hereto and the Standard Terms and Conditions are to be read with and form part of this Agreement.
