The contractor means the documents forming the tender a acceptance thereof and the formal agreement executed betwe the Competent Authority on behalf of NIPER and the contract together with the documents referred to therein including the conditions, the specifications, drawings and instructions issued fro time to time by the Engineer-in-Charge and all these documents tak together shall be deemed to form the contract and shall complementary to one another. In the contract, the following expressions shall unless the context otherwise requires, have the meanings, hereby respectively assigned to them.
