During the Term of this Biological Material Depository Agreement (“Agreement”), scientists (“Institution Scientists”) affiliated with the undersigned institution (“Institution”) shall have the right, but not the obligation, to deposit biological materials (“Deposited Materials”) with Addgene that shall be received, stored, replicated, and distributed by Addgene on behalf of the Institution, upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
