This Operator Services and Directory Assistance ("OS/DA") Standalone Agreement is entered into by and between Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Illinois ("AT&T") and Grafton Telephone Company("ILEC") in the state of Illinois and is effective upon both parties’ signatures.
