This Agreement for Management Services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of January 2014, by and between the Marin Emergency Radio Authority, a municipal agency (“Authority”), and Regional Government Services Authority (RGS), a joint powers authority, (each individually a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
