This Agreement (the “Agreement”) and is made between Chelton Avionics, Inc. (dba Canyon AeroConnect), a company incorporated in Delaware, USA, whose registered address is 6400 Wilkinson Drive, Prescott, AZ 86301 (“Buyer”) issuing the order in which these terms are referenced and the recipient company (“Supplier”) of such Purchase Order. Supplier and Buyer may be referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
