This Adobe Document Cloud Mobile Distribution License Agreement (together with all forms, exhibits, and attachments hereto, the “Agreement”) is between Distributor and Adobe. By indicating acceptance of this Agreement at https://adobe.allegiancetech.com/cgi-bin/qwebcorporate.dll?idx=W8RNXE (or successor website) and filling out the request form located therein (“Request Form”), or by distributing the Software provided to Distributor by Adobe, Distributor agrees to the terms of this Agreement. The individual who accepts this Agreement represents and warrants that he or she has the authority to bind Distributor, and Distributor agrees that this Agreement constitutes a binding and enforceable obligation between Distributor and Adobe, effective upon Adobe’s written confirmation of its acceptance of this Agreement to Distributor (“Effective Date”).
