THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of April 30, 2024, by and between Third Avenue Variable Series Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Third Avenue Value Portfolio (the “Portfolio”), and Third Avenue Management LLC, the Portfolio’s investment adviser (the “Adviser”).
