This Limited Liability Company Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 5, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and among those Persons whose names and addresses are set forth in Appendix A hereto (the “Members”), being the Members of Mission First Capital LLC, a Delaware manager-managed limited liability company (the “Company”), and Mission 1 Management LLC (the “Manager”), each of whom represent and agree as follows:
